I love teaching and sharing my passion of natural perfumes. I am available for birthday parties, bridal parties, private parties, fund raisers, corporate events, employee appreciation, “girls night out” parties, etc. Women and men enjoy the experience of designing their own fragrances. Natural Perfume Workshops and Fragrant Flights are also available. I have taught weekly and monthly workshops at 5 star resorts.

The Fragrant Flight is like a wine tasting experiencing and discussing the 100% essential oil and botanical notes. We go from light eau de parfums to heavy eau de parfums. It is 30 minutes and we experience 9 different fragrances.? The class is $50 per person.? A Discovery Kit containing all 9 fragrances in 1 ml sample sizes will be given to each student after the class.? This Discovery Sample Kit will be for feminine fragrances. I also offer classes for men only with masculine fragrances.? The cost of the kit will be more expensive if purchased outside of the class.? 1 ml samples are from $5 to $7 each. Larger sizes of the fragrances will be available for purchase at the workshop. Please note we will be using only all natural fragrances?and NO CHEAP AND TOXIC SYNTHETIC?Fragrance Oils . During this class we will explore the essential oils and absolutes on a blotter paper and discuss the scent classification, the attributes of each essence, and the benefits of the oils. We will build accords, discuss blending a scent for a purpose or a themed essence.?In this fun workshop we will delve deeper into making accords. Top note, heart note, and base accords and all accord combinations will be created.?We will discuss creating the scent drop by drop and the bases that can be used. There will be question and answers throughout the process. Includes: Scent Classification sheet, Oil Classification Guide, and Fragrance Family Classification sheet.? A 1/8 oz – 3.75 mls of perfume you create in class to be taken home. 4 hour Workshop $400.00 Prepaid only.? Please email and prepay to hold your space.

Custom Natural Perfume-Making workshops take guests on an Aromatic Journey learning about the essences and their properties in a perfume.? Top, middle, and base notes are discussed and the basic understanding about creating perfumes with the oils is taught.

You will come away from these highly educational workshops with a better understanding of natural vs. synthetic perfumes as well as a custom-made bottle of perfume. You will name your scent, go home with your own ?fragrance formula,? which you can re-order anytime. These perfumes are created with organic jojoba oil base and not alcohol. An organdy bag to hold the perfume is included.?Please note we will be using only all natural botanical?essences?and NO?CHEAP?SYNTHETIC Fragrance Oils.

Blooming Gardenia flowers at JoAnne Bassett’s patio means, I will be creating gardenia tincture in organic grape alcohol from wine grapes for eau de perfumes, gardenia infusion and maceration into organic jojoba oil for natural perfumes, and gardenia powder enfleurage into body powder. ?It is so fragrant when I walk out onto the deck with the creamy smell of gardenia. ?I have several varieties and some of them are brand new plants.

One of my natural botanical fragrances I use the gardenia in is Madame Pompadour?from the Royal Collection. It is a luxury to experience the exquisite fragrance of 39 different essential oils, botanicals, and absolutes that are co mingled in this luscious romantic natural perfume. ?I love that fragrance and so do my clients.
