At the Venus Transit in June I created a number of fragrances…ones I felt that were deeper.? These could be a masculine collection.? I always say my fragrances are for both men and women.? After I created this fragrance….I wrote the name French Gentlemen.? Well not wanting to say that it is only for men…this is not a good name.

As I was creating this fragrance the intention and thought was about a French Gentlemen….

The natural raw materials are definitely something that is readily available in Provence.? When I have been hiking around many of the herbs and essential oils are harvested and distilled there.? So those are my thoughts..I looked at French Song…but it really does not fit.

Here are the list of essential oils and absolutes that created this beautiful fragrance: sweet marjoram, French lavender, cypress, rose oil, green mandarin, vanilla absolute, cistus, angelica root, black currant, balsam, pink grapefruit, cocoa absolute, lemon verbena, lavender absolute, and white cognac…to name the main botanicals.? Most of them are grown in France…
