Effective immediately, I am only accepting mail that is trackable and secure.

Please do not send any packages or letters without a tracking number.
Untrackable mail will be refused or returned to sender.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, clarity, and smooth flow of all communication and deliveries.

If you have sent a check by regular First Class mail and I have not confirmed receiving it — I did not receive it.
My post office box has experienced frequent misdeliveries, and it is likely others are mistakenly receiving my mail.
